BRINGING THE VICTIM INTO THE ROOM

Kamal Dhillon, author of Black and Blue Sari and winner of the 2012 Courage to Come Back Award, brings the dark issue of domestic violence into the light.

For many victims of relationship violence, their faith leader is the first person they disclose their abuse to. We want to support faith leaders in meeting the challenges such disclosures present.

The workshop will provide attendees with support, knowledge and resources to effectively counsel and support victims of domestic violence.
